Grilled Tri-Tip

 

Tri-Tip is one of my favorite meats to cook. One it is relatively easy to cook. You can grill it whole, Smoke it in a smoker or cut it up into steaks and then cook it. Any way you make it, you will like the great flavor that it can produce.

       Now I have had some wonderful smoked Tri-Tip, and I have had some wonderful grilled Tri-Tip. How do I prefer to cook it? I love to Grill It, open pit with Oak wood and Lump charcoal mesquite.
